Taking a deep breath in everything you do helps you be in a good state. It is important for us students to give thanks to every blessing that God gives us. With our busy schedules and overload school works, gratitude is one thing we forget all the time. I have realized that giving thanks would give you peace of mind and it would motivate you to do better. Sometimes stopping and taking deep breaths would help you get through your day.
