Service fees

• Free 15 minute phone consultation

• Initial Counseling Session- 75 minutes, $175

• Counseling Sessions– 60 minutes, $150  

• If utilizing insurance benefits, you are responsible for co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible amounts. I request a card on file. Due to contracts with insurance companies, I can not reduce or waive co-payments, co-insurance or deductible amounts.

• Individual Counseling Session for clients who are not utilizing insurance, $100. 

• In-network provider for Aetna, Optum, United Health Care, Cigna, BCBS PPO and BCBS Blue Choice.  I no longer bill out of network policies. 

All late cancel (less than 24 hrs notice) and no-show fees will be directly charged to the client and not the insurance company.
