Service fees + Insurance information

• Free 15 minute phone consultation available

• Initial Assessment - 75 minutes, $175

• Counseling Sessions– 60 minutes, $150

  • If utilizing insurance you will only be responsible for co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible amounts.

• Individual Counseling Session for clients not utilizing insurance, may request a reduction in fees.

• I request a credit card on file. Due to contracts with insurance companies, I can not reduce or waive co-payments, co-insurance or deductible amounts. Just like with medical services, these are part of reimbursement for services.

• In-network provider for Aetna, Optum, United Health Care, Cigna, BCBS PPO and BCBS Blue Choice.  Fees are based on insurance company’s contracted rate either with myself as an independent therapist or as a Headway or Rula provider.

• I no longer bill out-of-network insurance panels.

All late cancel (less than 24 hrs notice) and no-show fees are directly charged to your card on file and not your insurance company.
