Service fees + Insurance information

• Free 15 minute phone consultation

• Initial Counseling Session- 75 minutes, $175

• Counseling Sessions– 60 minutes, $150  

• Individual Counseling Session for clients who are not utilizing insurance, 60 - minutes, $100

• If utilizing insurance benefits, you are responsible for co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible amounts. I request a credit card on file. Due to contracts with insurance companies, I can not reduce or waive co-payments, co-insurance or deductible amounts. Just like with medical services, these are part of reimbursement for services. Partnered with Headway and Rula for admin and billing support. You may be asked to fill out paperwork on Headway if utilizing insurance benefits as they submit billing directly to insurance companies.

• In-network provider for Aetna, Optum, United Health Care, Cigna, BCBS PPO and BCBS Blue Choice.  Fees will be based on insurance company’s contracted rate.

• I no longer bill out-of-network insurance panels.

All late cancel (less than 24 hrs notice) and no-show fees will be directly charged to the client and not the insurance company.
